My opinion i think Bill gates is a hero because if it weren't for him what would the world be like, he has changed the world with technology. even some mobile phones are created by Microsoft in these days now everyone is using microsoft and it has a huge impact on education such as making it easier for students to do there home work. the only affect on it tho it has created video games which is a good thing but kids theses day get to addicted to it and they get lazy.
